This week I decided that I really needed to get my night time snacking on unhealthy things under control. My husband and I both have quite the sweet tooth so I took to the pantry to find a decent solution. This was my FIRST time using Almond Butter and I am pleasantly surprised with how this little snack turned out.
As you can see, it is simple and self-explanatory. All you need is an apple, almond butter, and a drizzle of chocolate (we happened to have some chocolate syrup in the fridge). It tastes just as delicious as it looks. I was pleasantly surprised when I handed it to my husband, he tried it and declared, “That is frickin’ delicious.”
